OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care in a peaceful country setting. To best meet the unique needs of our patients and residents, we have contracts with multiple managed-care organizations in our area, enabling us to provide a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services. Recently, we completed a new outdoor rehabilitation walkway with stairs and ramps.

We have been recognized with the Bronze – Commitment to Quality from the American Health Care Association and have won the Excellence in Action award from My InnerView. It is our mission to provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
